πŸ“œ Step 1 β€” Create Competitions Based on Syllabus 2026

Competitions should be created according to the club syllabus

πŸ›  Step 2 β€” Use Edit Button to Enter Player Count

click Edit to enter the number of players.

✏️ Step 3 β€” Enter Player Details and Results

In the Result Grid, enter Player Name, Category, Handicap, and Score. For NTP, only Player Name is required. No voucher details yet.

🎟 Voucher Management Steps

Step 1 β€” Allocate Voucher Based on Result List

Review winners in the result list and confirm eligibility before assigning vouchers.

Step 2 β€” Enter Voucher Details in Result Grid
In the Result Grid, enter:
  • Voucher Number
  • Voucher Date
Step 3 β€” Update Status to β€œTo Be Collected”

After entering voucher details, change status from Pending to To Be Collected.

Step 4 β€” When Player Collects Voucher

Update status from To Be Collected to Collected once the player picks up the voucher.

✍🏻 Trophy, Monthly Award, Eagle and Hole in one

Please enter the following codes in voucher numbers for the Trophies and Medal Awards:

  • 97 - Monthly Awards
  • 98 - Hole in One
  • 99 - Eagle
These codes will be used by the system to generate the corresponding trophies and monthly awards.
