Provides leadership, oversees governance, represents the club, and ensures strategic direction.
Manages correspondence, minutes, compliance, and communication between committees and members.
Responsible for competitions, rules, match play, syllabus, and maintaining integrity of the game.
Supports daily operations, assists members, and ensures smooth running of activities.
- Opens office early for member registration.
- Ensures NTP tags for holes 3 and 12 are set out.
- Uploads handicaps via MiClub Admin Portal.
- Closes competition after results finalised.
- Records vouchers, trophies, and results.
- Ensures kitchen is cleaned if used.
Hours: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
Handles membership applications, renewals, handicaps, newsletters, and member engagement.
Organises junior events and development programs.
Provides IT troubleshooting, MiClub support, Tap & Play issues, and website maintenance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all club income and expenditure.
Monitor bank accounts, reconcile statements, and ensure all transactions are correctly documented.
Prepare monthly financial reports for the Committee, highlighting variances, trends, and any concerns.
Ensure the club meets all financial compliance obligations, including audits and reporting.
