Use this checklist on the day of competition and at the end of competition to ensure all steps are completed.
Day of Competition
- Competition (Auto open at 6:00 am)
- Open club rooms and window for Kiosk.
- Check Kiosk PC turned on and Tap & Play active/working.
- Ensure 1st group Teeing off takes NTP tags to hole 3 and hole 12 for Tue, Thu & Sun comp; all holes for Sat comp.
End of Competition
- Confirm NTP tags are returned by last group.
- Confirm scorecards entered by members, NSA otherwise.
- Submit all scorecards for handicapping via MiClub admin portal.
- Record results using the GWGC Admin Portal.
- Close competition in the MiClub Admin Portal.
- Print results for notice board.
- Check that kitchen cleaned if used, club room tidy.
