Glen Waverley Golf Club is a private club with clubrooms located at Glen Waverley Public Golf Course, one of Melbourne’s best public courses.
The Club was established in 1967 and provides a friendly, social and welcoming environment for golfers to play in organised competitions in the company of their mates.
The Club conducts competitions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, and provides players of all skill levels the opportunity to:
• obtain and maintain an official handicap;
• play in weekly competitions, including mixed, match play and foursomes events, as well as the Club Championship;
• represent the Club in Pennant competition; and
• enjoy the social aspects of Golf in the private clubrooms.
Club membership does not include a green fee component – all green fees remain payable to Glen Waverley Golf Course. This means that unlike other private clubs, you get all the benefits of being a club member, but you only pay for the golf that you play.
